If I can make the same money and future wealth by just sleeping in and enjoy brunch in high-end restaurants, I am sure I shall enjoy more.

But then I wonder how many will enjoy if property will be making a loss or with minimal CG over a long period of time but paying a huge amount of expenses/taxes.

At the end of the day, it is the fruit of financial freedom and money in the pocket counts. Of course I enjoy running an Airbnb and meeting interesting people. Some ended up be working for me too.

A couple - but more shuffling the money around between us and SMSF (hubby over 60) to make sure it's all in the right place

Investing was good and will make you rich, Patience is required.

Property development is Investment on Steriods. You will be super rich and bumper profits and cash flow. if done correctly.

If you can develop and hold its called Nirvana of Property investing.

Use the cash out as deposit for next development loan,

Development 1 = take cash out once it's done,
Development 2 = Use the cash out from the development1 as deposit and buffer to proceed.
