There's a great block of land available that I'd love to buy-develop-strata into a 6x300sqm warehouse complex. I've developed as an owner-builder before for a warehouse & didn't require any licensing for that - of course using only tradesmen who were licensed.

Do I need to be licensed for this larger project that involves creating a strata title? Or any other reason I can't pursue this?

    Many thanks in advance,
    Brian.

If you are building anything other than residential dwellings in NSW, you are not required to be licenced.

If you own the property, you do not need a real estate licence to lease them out (you will if they are jointly owned).
