Dividing main house & granny flat for privacy

    We have a 3 bedroom home that is now vacant with intentions to rent out. Family is occupying (& will continue to occupy) the back yard granny flat, but we need to divide the yard for privacy, and also have water & electricity services split for billing purposes. As both residences were previously occupied by family there was never any need for separate bills. The driveway & garage will be for use by the granny flat occupant solely, with the front house tenant having street parking. The main house also needs roof repair & front retaining wall replacement. Can anyone advise what type of company we would hire to oversee this project?
