    Hello,

    I have an off-the-plan apartment has ceiling height of 2.7m. It’s lower than what the sales agent originally claimed (3.3m). I requested for rescind contract or discount. Vendor rejected as they said sales agent provided the wrong information. That agency belongs to the developer and sell properties only on behave of the developer.
