I need to dispose of the tree branch, leaves and shrubs.

Since I'm new in the place where I live (rent) and there is no green bin available, can I leave that in front of the footpath?

Or put it into the red bin as usual?

This is on the Bayside Sydney council and I'm not sure if they can be called for green waste removal on demand.

Any suggestion and help are appreciated.

    Thanks.

Have a look at their website.

Request a greenwaste bin through the agent.

No, you can't just leave it on the footpath! Give the council a call and ask how to dispose, you could also ask the Property Manager about a green bin.

Bayside don't usually have green bins
It all goes in the red bin........
How much do you actually have ?
    1x 240lt bin, or a trailer full ?

You can’t just dump your rubbish (green or not) on the footpath! Imagine the mess if everyone did that.

Put it in your normal bin, or phone a green rubbish removal service to have it removed and dumped. Or hire a mulcher and put it on your gardens.

    Hm...
Not sure if some house in the area bought their own green bin or it is actually provided by the council for free.

I've got about 4-5 shrubs that are about one Hyundai iLoad size when stacked.

@Marg4000 that's a nice concept, assuming the branches can be converted into mulch, is that going to attract termites?
