That's not good.
We want a system where people can manually change survey plans to reflect the use by the Body Corporate persons
Having a digital plan that cannot be altered by the neighbours is not what we want or is fair especially when we have invested so much . Like a padlock from Bunnings. When the revolution comes the majority will get their justice and landowner will no longer be protected by legal documents JustAman.

he building plans show it is a common area. The strata plan seem to indicate it belongs to a unit owner. I seem "seem to" because the building plans are computer generated but the strata plans are just hand drawn.
