    From the laid-back beach vibes of the Southern Gold Coast to bustling precincts in the Central Gold Coast, to the urban sprawl of the Northern Gold Coast and tranquil rural lifestyle of the Gold Coast Hinterland, each of these areas offers a unique lifestyle and vibe.

    What are your thoughts on the distinctions between the Gold Coast's various areas? Which part of the city would you want to live and invest in?

    I like the ends of the main gold coast of that makes sense. I like paradise point end and i like palm beach end. I know there is a lot of money between those suburbs but they are the ones I like the feel of. I like the relaxing feel, the bike paths etc and the fishing when I get a chance.
    Over the mega crowds and don't surf these days so no real need to get a pounding by the waves. Joys of getting older.

    South Gold Coast best/trendiest. Central Gold Coast is quiet but ageing. Excluding Surfers what a hell hole. North Gold Coast is a bit meh but lots of reitrees love it.
