NSW Difference between the 2 sides of Naremburn?

    We're looking to buy a landed investment property in Naremburn with the view to convert it into our PPOR in the next 5 years as we want to send our son to the public primary school in the area. Looking at how Naremburn is divided by the Gore Hill Fwy, does anyone know if one side is more desirable. Interestingly, I would have thought the side closer to Crows Nest and St leonards station would be more desirable given the transport and shops convenience, but I see this real estate talk of the Golden Triangle in Naremburn, which is on the other side closer to cammeray and willoughby. Anyone/locals have any insights?
