    Yes, I have Super. Can drawn down Super pension from March 2020.

    I did not sell during the boom. Half of my portfolio is in the ACT, which is still doing well CG wise although the rates and land tax are rising, which increases my bias towards rent increases.

    IO2PI situation will impact but will be contained:

    IO loan extended continuously for one loan. My situation satisfies bank that we have sustainability.
    IO extended for one loan.
    Will transition to PI and fixed for all other IP loans. Nearly all IPs are cash positive.
    PPOR loans all to partial PI fixed and with offset for variable.

    I believe my cash flow will continue to increase every year.

    Some call it luck. I prefer blessing. :)
