I was wondering if anyone could help point me in the right direction I’m looking at selling a house with plans and was wondering whether the site is workable for a sub division with two townhouses? I had a look on landshare and it’s zoned GRZ1 The lot size is approx 640m2 located in endeavour hills VIC 3802 I purchased the title from Landdata and discovered there are two encumbrances to the front and rear of the property. Any help would be greatly appreciated
Be careful on tour values because Endeavour Hills for a knockdown & 2 townhouse build would be difficult to make the numbers work. Better may be plan to retain & build in the rear (if possible). Although exact facts aren’t clear from your post. Not sure if you are considering or already own this property.
