Development Options - highest and best use

    Hi All,

    Would love to hear your thoughts and advice!

    I have 1,208m lot of land zoned R3 in southwest sydney (fairfield cc) however the frontage is only 15.24m wide. Under the current DCP this would only allow a duplex build.

    Was wondering what other options or avenues could be pursued to better utilise the land.

    If it were me, I'd be contacting a town planner to discuss any and all options.

    Talk to the neighbours as well.

    A bit more frontage could make a lot of difference.
