    Any thoughts as to the merits of either? I was thinking about taking the Master Builders one day course to start off but may try to get the UDIA course as a module by module deal.

    relevant info: I am at the very start of any potential development journey.

    I’ve done portions (3 of 5 days) of the similar course in WA. Not bad, but definitely tailored to working in the urban development industry on large projects, rather than running small projects yourself (I just happen to do both). If it was for the latter I would spend my money elsewhere.
