    Hey guys,

    I am an equipment finance broker and one of my Civil clients is moving into property development.

    We are looking for a specialist in mortgage structuring for building duplexes, multi-unit dwellings etc.

    Immediate need is a $2.5 mil site in Cronulla, Sydney which needs to settle in March (building 2x luxury homes - duplex).

    Looking for someone based in Sydney and is available to meet up ASAP.
