    Hi all.

    I have put together a guide to developing, tax and GST. Its part of our full Developer Toolkit which will be released next week. It does get a little technical but covers the basic and complex arrangements etc.

    The free version comes with a template (and example/s) based on a basic duplex.
    The paid version comes customised for the project

    This is a start ...More to follow.

    Just looking at possibilities.

    Assuming you can't achieve a resi construction loan and you need to do OTP sales and funding via a commercial loan, does having an experienced Development Project Manager help with the CV/experience required by the banks for commercial finance?

    A good broker familiar with the exercise would be my best suggestion. They can forsee and guide this process. Shahin at Elite Property Finance would be the one I would recommend although others obvious too.

    This is great resource. Only thing is the excel spreadsheet "Developer Worksheet" doesn't seem to open.
