Developer wants to buy our unit block

    Thanks for your thoughts!

    I think we can get the requisite number of owners (70%) if the price is acceptable.

    Can you explain more about the selling agency agreement? The approach has been made through a real estate agent rather than directly from the developers themselves.

    The agent is working on behalf of the developer, they should be paid by the developer not by the vendors as this is an unsolicited approach (ie you didn't engage the agency to find a buyer, the developer engaged them to find prospective sites).

    sounds like a **** show in my view. i cant agree with wife about anything and you have 10 owners with varying views.

    if it was me, i would front run and sell my own unit to avoid hassle
