    Hi there

    Monash council I find is quite developer friendly in most of its suburbs
    Quite a substantial land is earmarked as GRZ2 and quite a few plots of even less then 1000 SQM have 3/4 townhouses in them

    Which other council can the members recommend in Eastern Melbourne?

    Traditionally Monash were notoriously bad but have finally worked out what they want.

    Glen Eira are the best council from a competence point of view although we have no doubt people will have horror stories about all councils.
