    Is yours the little one and there's is 99?
    From the vague look it's probably one of the few that is big enough to be subdivided in the area - I don't know the zoning but I can visually see its miles bigger than everyone elses.
    I'd be sad to loose some of those trees which create a natural barrier for privacy and nice amenity so I hope they are staying (at least some)
    I would say little impact to your block

    This is for people who understand that infill has to happen and are supportive of it until it's next door to them.

    If you go to the PD online, you should be able to see what trees are going to be left (I think).
