Developer and agent margins for land

    Anyone got any clues or rough guides here for land developers, more in regional areas where land is not crazy priced like in Sydney, but I would guess they all have a margin they try and obtain.

    Also agents that try and sell for developers are not on a % it seems, they must be on a set amount, often you can find the developer selling and the agent, or multiple agents, prices asked can be very different.

    Agent for land only between 2-3% +gst
    Marketing spriuker 5-6% +GST
    Developer 15-30%IRR
