I get photos from WM as well. They are more like taken through an inspectors eyes.

Why @7DD4 you can moonlight as a professional photographer and take some pictures with the property manager when they conduct the routine inspections;)

I'm impressed with the photos taken through windows @7DD4 - I always get a terrible reflection when I try and do that.
I have the key code now - which is good news for doing reports any time.

@7DD4 Just put an @ in front of the user name. After you put the @ and start typing some options should start coming up and you can select them from the drop down or just type the username in full if you know it. Mine didn't work above as it's spelt wrong

How many sqm's (in total) for both the town houses. That build costs looks really good.

Congratulations @devank and thank you for sharing. Is that pre-cast concrete on lower floor?

It's incredible that the build has been going only for 3mths and you are only four weeks away fro completion. That simply does not happen in Canberra. We are lucky to have a house built in nine months; sometimes takes two years.

It is 278sqm including garages, alfresco and balconies.
    205sqm of internal living areas.
They are very compact but functional 3 x 2s - no wasted space with corridors etc.

    Hi BK,
The ground floor slab is poured not prefab.
It is amazing for me too how fast it is going, compared to the rest of the construction in Perth, it is lightning fast.

Thanks @Westminster . I know the slab is concrete but what are the walls? I am interested in different building materials.

Really, I have never heard of a build completing SO quickly. The last house I built took 12 months and I moved in before it was finished. I am impressed with your builders: it means that they are organised, diligent, attentive, conscientious, communicating with trades well, thorough and therefore not making mistakes, and efficient. I also noticed from the video that it was CLEAN and tidy--something most builders are not.
