    Yes it's possible if you do it as a carport at the front and then the houses behind it. It's not quite as attractive in my opinion as the carport would block out the house and almost all of the front garden would be carport and driveway. If you wanted a garage instead of a carport then it would be a lot more difficult but not impossible - the design of the house would need to change quite a bit so that the garage was integrated under the house and again your front garden would be mainly driveway

    Roof is on now. Cladding is also half done. Pictures are attached.

    With a special guest appearance in the video of our dog :) She loves going to work.

    I only took a video of the upstairs as the downstairs was organised chaos with electricians, plumbers and carpenters all working at once.

    The video starts at the rear bedroom three, then onto bedroom 2, the bathroom (hello bathtub) then walk forwards to the stairwell and ensuite and master bedroom and balcony.

    Just realized your based in Sydney Devank, I live around the corner from your development and always have a poke around the build when no builders on site. Its amazing how quick its going up, sometimes builders still there at sunset.:eek:

    It's probably around 4-6 weeks tops from being finished. It's 3mths since construction started (14wks) and going well.

    Had a drive by today look like there were two crews working on the house tilers and carpenters.
    The carport looks almost complete, scaffolding gone with the top half of the house painted.

    I was there today after the trades left 'borrowing' some left over Scyon Axon for a timber stain experiment for myself and @thatbum

    Builder returned to work today and it is coming along well but nothing much for last 2.5wks understandably due to the Christmas shutdown.

    Inside has internal framing done, ceilings in, cornices in, kitchen cabinetry + benchtops + sinks and bathroom cabinetry. Waterproofing and tiling is starting this week.

    Sorry Aconis. I have been a bit slack on the forum lately.
    I got an invoice for the 'Fix out stage'. Next stage is 'Practical completion'.

    7DD4 sent me few photos early December (5th). WM sent few on the 16th of Dec.
