depreciation scheduler recommendations?

    Playing devils advocate... I had Depreciator do a 4 bedroom house built in 2010, in which they came back initially with a construction cost of under $80k. That didn't really pass the sniff test for me, but that said Scott came to the party and adjusted when I dig some digging and found a cost. So... Get an estimate first, as well as a quote.

    Scott will always come to a party.
    And people can always get through to me for a chat. I think that's partly what sets us apart and why we get so much repeat business.
    The rules for depreciation are set in stone (though not everyone knows them), but opinions come into play when estimating the historical cost of buildings and valuing Assets. A Depreciation Schedule is never set in stone and can be reworked. It's not a big deal to reopen a job and take another look at it - we also rework Dep Schedules free of charge when people add stuff to their property.
