    Can anyone recommend a good QS for a depreciation schedule in Perth.

    I used BMT and as they had already come out and done a site inspection for another apartment owner(it was a new block) they didn't charge me for that. They were quick and reasonably priced.

    I recently had my two IPs done by BMT. Have to admit I was very impressed with their quick turnaround and they were very easy to deal with. However, I'm a bit cranky with myself because I just learnt from this thread that BMT apparently give a discount to members of this forum--too late I missed that. Oh well, such is life.
