Depreciation schedule Dubbo

    Hi all,

    I have recently renovated a house in Dubbo NSW.

    Does anyone know of someone who could do a depreciation schedule for this property? Especially being rural.

    Or would the best bet be to give them all receipts and they could go off that?

    I do all the work for them, then give all the info to someone in the office who does the rest, saves them having to get physical inspector, but I am sure Dubbo has one if the cost is not a drama.

    Is the place vacant ?

    If you want a depreciation specialist to do the report and inspect the property, then BMT will be out that way around the 8th of June.

    It's an old house and you have all the costs for the reno? Have you had a chat with your accountant?

    Depreciator will do it they done one for us in Mendooran just up the road....or to save on costs get the client to take pics themselves...

    100%! I have used Depreciator IN NSW and QLD. Remote assessment via images, video and documents.... No problem.
