Hi guys I'm going to get quotes for the demolition of our PPOR for a rebuild so that I have an idea of costs to budget for our build, are there any questions I should be asking in particular? Do the demo companies just remove the house and then the builder does any leveling required? Does anyone have any recommendations for Epping area (NSW)?

They werent cheap. If the new builder is already on board perhaps ask them. They may prefer someone who they rec who does a clean job and give instructions on how to prep site for the new build ? I had a pool hole dug in site with narrow access - So accurate my pool builder dropped his price as he allowed a huge margin for bad digging in standard prices. Sides and base were within 10mm and dead straight. No hand digging and no wasted fill etc. He became the pool builders go to guy after that.
