Demolition Cost

    Hi everyone,

    I am curious having never done it. We are looking at a rural property which we need to knock down and rebuild the house. With the site being on 20 acres and easily accessible. What would everyone think would be reasonable costings to forecast for a complete demolition of a single story 2 bedroom fibre house? Just for my feasibility and cost estimations.

    The cost will depend on the location of the property.

    These guys do a good job. They may be able to give you an idea of costs via google maps but a site visit would be preferred.

    Rural property... rules are different out there. Local ***** will take care of it for a few cases, and with 20acres plenty of room for a Bon fire and to dig a hole!

    If you attempt some diy you can save a lot. And if your a hoarder the timber and stuff you pull out will come in handy one day! ;)
