    I've got a demo starting on Monday and I'll be going out to the property over the weekend. Just wondering what's worth salvaging?

    I'll take and sell the hot water system and stove. Anything else?

    Have you given the demolition company any salvage rights to take what you want, if not they will want to on sell as much as possible as this usually reduces the over all cost?

    If you haven't given them salvage rights then the following could be a good idea to also salvage;

    Timber, steel, copper, stained glass, @ doors.

    Oh oh oh! I'm interested in the window mechanisms- hinges, sliders and locks. Can you send me some pictures by any chance?

    Check your agreement with the demolition company. Their quote will depend on what they can sell fittings for.
