Delayed settlement Qld - anyone actually sued?

    Hi all

    I understand property settlement delays are reasonably typical, but am wondering if anyone (vendor particularly) has actually gone through the process of suing for damages/costs etc..?

    Could imagine that the stress and cost might be prohibitive?

    Was the court process a long drawn-out exercise?

    Any other issues?
