    Who could blame him? Trying to become a politician and voicing his opinions (which I mainly agreed with) on a public forum would be unpalatable. I remember some lefty policitical group finding out he posted on SS and were quoting some of the things he said in the paper during the last election. Something about bulldozing tenants hahaaha

    Things that he had said on this forum were made public and were used against him.

    Even though I don't have any CIP I would be keen on how Dazz is fairing with his CIP properties now that the CIP market in Perth has not been doing so well ?? and with the mining boom is over.

    I suspect he is doing very well because he was one smart cookie and had long terms leases in place etc. and certainly wish him all the best.

    Perhaps he has no need for this forum anymore, people move on and interests change etc. fair enough.

    Last time we spoke he had someone for his Perth shed, but Adelaide was doing his head in. I think Maddington is still going very well.

    Other than that, I'm averse to speaking in his place.

    Well send him my regards and tell him he is missed next time you see him. Perhaps a compromise is if he posted under a different name ("Razz"?) so he has plausible deniability.
