    Hey PC'ers

Whats everyone feedback in regards to data supplies and packages,

I figure an annual outlay is worth its wait in gold whilst shopping for IP's. If we have correct data, comparatable sales etc etc, the subscription will pay for its self instantly.

I'm thinking the basics, Property history, comparitbale sales, but also some more comprehensive stuff like specifed growth history etc would be helpul.

    What products does everyone use?

    Thanks
    Ryan

Lot of people here use PriceFinder or RP Data. There's also Real Estate Investar.
Some free ones include Census QuickStats, Suburbview and Allhomes.

So worth it! I use RP Data and used to use pricefinder and I'd be lost without it. I know you can get some good free data these days but it still doesn't compare with some of the features you can get from these paid services. If you're looking to keep the costs down I know you can team up with some property networking groups where you can get pricefinder prices down a bit.

Im looking to buy in the short term, so i'm sure any outlay will come back to me on settlement day.

Thanks for the input, please post if anyone uses a service that hasn't been already recommended

    Thanks everyone!

Be aware you can get a free 3 month subscription to Pricefinder with a subscription to API magazine.

I pay $2600 a year. However, it has major limitations, I will be looking at pricefinder for the second half of 2016. RP does not cover apartments at all, and generally units are crap for data and suburb reports seem very outdated.

Woah, a fair bit for the hobby-ist.
I would assume it's deductible if you have a business though.

It will be deductible if its relates to current income
