    Im on the verge of paying 5k for a short training course on propertt investing. Basically teaching me how to narrow down 15000 suburbs to 3 and then choosing the right property.

    I dont feel comfortable spending that kind of money.

    I really want to learn how to find data and analyse the data to make an informed decision on my first property. Know what tools to use and what data is relevant to me.

    Can anyone guide me in the right direction please?

    Im a hands on person and only really learn when i play around with right tools. Its all a bit confusing at the moment
