    afternoon y'all

Daveron park house in need of either replacing curtains or blinds. Been told cheaper to put roller blinds in. Have used spot light at other ip in the past, cheap and easy but that was in Melbourne and I did it. I'm not in Adelaide.

Might need new carpets, stained by tenants but hoping I could get another 3 years out of them.

Who would you recommend for fitting cheap roller blinds or curtains?
Is it cheaper to buy from spot light and pay someone to install em?

Which carpet store would you recommend?

Was told floors direct, had a quote alread as below, seems ok I think. The blinds are better quality than the cheap spot light stuff. But I prefer the cheaper spotlight cheap stuff as tenants will stuff the good one up.

    Carpet $1,998.00 (Including Gst)

    · To supply & install replacement roller blinds – Heavy Duty Blockout to bedroom 1 windows x 2, bedroom 2, bedroom 3, laundry sliding door, living, meals, living sliding door & kitchen window as measured
    $1,446.00 (Including Gst)

Can anyone point me in the right direction to save some cash please, anyone wanna fit em for me, appreciate your time. Thanks

    Davoren park :(

Get eyelet curtains from Kmart would be a fraction of that price.

Carpet price sounds about right but if you want a 2nd opinion let me know.

    Yep, eyelets at Kmart are $30 a window (2 x 1400 x 2100).

Carpet seems cheap how many rooms?

Spotlight has a special on blockout eyelets, all sizes for $59 a pair. Much better than the kmart curtains imo.

3 bedroom, lounge living and hallway. Pretty much the hole house, but it's a small house. They mentioned the cheaper carpet was 1800 which was below builders range.
