Current m2 cost of construction of villas

    I'm hoping some might share recent costs of construction of villas in NSW.

    I read lots of threads on here but most of what I read is only relevant for WA.

    My plan is 6 x ~ 130m2 3br ens side by side villas sharing walls. Each over two levels for living and bedroom, plus garage beneath to absorb some of the slope of the site.

    I know how to ball park earth works and shared driveway etc. and know how to use depreciation calcs as a construction cost guide, but hoping for some recent contract figures for similar developments in NSW for comparison.
