    Hi all, I wanted to know your thoughts.

    If you had a crystal ball and could know 5 things about your new tenant before they moved in what would they be?

    1. Can they pay the rent on time
    2. Will they leave the property as they found it or better
    3. Will they be a nuisance to the surrounding homes
    4. Love gardening and home maintenance
    4. Stay for 5 years +

    Good list that includes basically everything :)

    Hard to narrow down to 5, but somehow also include in that not logging spurious maintenance calls, and having patience when dealing with issues.

    Love this. I really just want stability and happy to take lower rents in exchange for it.

    And if the tenant is a handy person that would be icing on the cake. None of this winging that the door handle is wobbly.
