Good man. I'm with you. I've invested quite a lot of money (even after I cashed out my profits last month) - but like I've said I'm using money I'm willing to lose completely. If I end up losing $30k thats ok its not life changing for me.

If however I get up $200k-$300k well its not life changing either but it will help me buy more houses which in turn will allow me to retire. LOL

If it goes lower its a bigger discount. If it goes up its lambo time. Win win

Edit: Will be using fiat to BTFD if we go below 9k USD/BTC, my fingers are tingling

There would not be anything surprising if btc/cryptos were to halve from here.
I mean look at the run up and the hype everywhere around you. Btc passed the $10k mark in November, that was like yesterday.
This dip is not that wild in the crypto world.

Doesn’t change the fact the prospects are good if you can just let the ride go up and down and hold onto your coins for some months/years.

Looking at those charts would say good chance a dead cat bounce is probably coming. If the big ones fail to break through the previous highs before falling again, would expect a pretty savage freefall after that.

Would probably be a good thing if this future case study in global herd mentality could wind up soon, need more speculators to stop getting distracted and come back to help drive up the price of traditional assets!

It's okay, many have declared Bitcoin/Crypto dead before you. In fact, 249 times its been declared dead and gone.

Bitcoin obituary stats | 99 Bitcoins

Will Bitcoin "die" one day? Probably. Will Blockchain technology die? Guess we'll have to wait and see. Investing in both traditional assets and riskier assets is not a mutually exclusive activity.

Spoken like a seasoned HODLer :)

I've sunk as much as I'm willing to lose into this rollercoaster. Should have had more patience but meh. Just going to HODL until moon/lambo

First it was MUS now it be “crypto”, spine tingling highs with profits galore, to then just HODL until you can’t breath because you are in the red. But hey it’s ok it’s not real money or it’s money I am prepared to loose.....
Not too sure I understand, but that’s human nature I guess.
Maybe one of the techies on here could code it up as an indicator for us, I think it should be called:
To the moon, in my Lambo after buying an island indicator.

Sensible advice in this article: I Don't Hate Cryptocurrency, But... - CoinDesk

..if you are in love with the crypto space, my advice to you is:
    • Spend 50 percent of your time learning.
    • Invest no more than 5 percent of your net worth in a basket of projects.
    • Be prepared to lose 100 percent of your investment in this basket of projects.
    • If you do hit a massive winner, say a 50x investment, make sure to sell some along the way as "idiot insurance."

Yes and I've put in an order for more now the price is down a bit.

Got it from IDEX in the end. Bit of a process but hopefully pays off!

There's a lot of commentary and technical analysis to suggest BTC will dip to $8k US before coming back up.
