    Anecdotal - Increased my rent on a 4/2/2 in Crestmead to $390/wk starting in Sept but tenants only wanting 6 month lease. Looking at buying their own place next year. Have been in the property for 4/5 years now.

    4/2/2 in the area seem to be consistently selling for mid-higher $3s now. Have seen some better presented ones go for $400k+
