    Hi all, trying to understand benefits benefits and costs of changing 2 duplexes to a strata title ?

    Where can / should I begin ?

    I'm assuming you mean dual occ's
    attached with a common wall or seperate (free standing)
    built on one Lot or multiple lots

    do they have seperate services, water, gas, sewer, meters

    I think strata are more difficult to sell than Torrens.

    Torrens Title is the prefered option in my opinion, that is if you meet the minimum lot sizes.
