    Hi,
I find it amazing how some of the people the property investor magazine highlights and even rewards in some cases as being the property investor of the year. Most have only been investing for a short period of time and the issues with their investing are glaringly obvious yet these so called experts praise them. Just goes to show you to be wary, very wary of advice by supposed experts.

The strata fees are 10700 per annum and 1600-1700 council rates, so the answer is no.my mate is currently renting 1 of these 2 bedroom fully furnished apartments for $175 a week, do the math

I hope that is not the case.

Peter is a really great bloke. It would make me sad if that was happening to him.

Yes, a ***** when you LVR and the market goes pear shaped. Imagine if they had sold half of their portfolio during boom times.... perhaps they would still be in business? who knows..

Maybe hte tenants who bought it? Rent was 650/week in June 2016. Could that be right?
Not a bad buy if you can get the tenants.

exactly, what a arrogant bunch of twats crawfords and to a lesser extent darren is

being young, and inexperienced, they talk they have been doing this for ever and are experts

no doubt he will file for bankruptcy, all the debts will disappear and he will probably start a new career in soemthign else

why others didnt say to them, "you got lucky and you still dont know what you are talking about"
    I have no idea

Results arent necessarily an indication of skill or understanding or expertise

They surrounded themselves with 'positive people' and ignored the 'haters'.

So they surrounded themselves with just as deluded people so that they can go around thinking they are good when they were essentially clueless and thought they were geniuses?

Great! Another way to create a useless narcissist

Yes because it feels good to be adored. Takes a bit of self awareness to question yourself when everything is rosy.
