    Having a look at IP in Cranbourne North & Carrum Downs.
    Anybody bought in these locations recently?

    I have investor clients buying in both locations, focusing on quality houses or blocks with development potential (no covenants).

    I've just purchased in Carrum Downs so I may be biased, but after going through Cranbourne (north west and east) in addition to Carrum Downs and Frankston.

    I found the best value for money in Carrum Downs, less competition in terms of other rentals available and higher quality of properties on larger lots.
