    Btw,I got the building and pest inspection report today.
    The inspector has said that although the cracking is normal it too much for a 5 year old house.
    The major issue is with the movement of the slab and he suggested that it may or may not move in future and requires the structural engineer to inspect it.This has been marked as major defect.
