Crack on house slab

    Hi,

    Garage slab shows a hairline crack.

    House is 6 months old. Built by a "reputed" builder in Sydney.

    Apart from builder's 7 years structural warranty we have building insurance from insurance company.

    what are our options now?

    Lots of drought followed by lots of rain.... Expansion and contraction as a result of this type of weather causes concrete to crack. As shown above it depends on the severity as to whether it is actionable or not.
