    How can I find out details of a covenant on my land title, I have the Covenant number ...

    The Covenant applies to all the homes around me [housing estate built 1980's]
    and relates to the verge i.e. no fencing etc.

    Lake Macquarie City Council cant help ...

    Pull up the search using SAI Global or other data service, then search the subordinate documents.

    Thanks, did that, their software could not find the Covenant - however had a visit from Council and he is being very helpful ... :)
