    Experts ,

    Need your suggestions.
    The propert I am seeking has Title Encumbrances in it:
    1) COVENANAT No 710072357 01/11/2006 THE STATE OF QUEENSLAND( REPRESEDNTED BY DEPARTMENT OF MAIN ROADS)
    2) UNREGISTERED STATUTORY EASEMENT TO QUEENSLAND URBAN UTILITIES AS PER ATACHED PLAN.

    Please advise what are those clause and how its going to affect the property?

    Then the solicitor will want to provide advice :eek:

    I'm only spending $X00,000 -.what could possibly go wrong? :oops:
