    Probably better yields to be found elsewhere.

    On the other hand, I hear back in the 80's house prices rocketed up to like 50k. What god damn rip off. How the hell did future generations ever get their foot into the market? The Aussie dream is dead.

    That Goodna property is overpriced! 26 perches for £645 when I can get 32 perches in Mount Gravatt for £450! I guess it must be the electricity and town water...
