with the talk of the downturn I turned myself to Domain and various websites to research the Country areas of NSW One would think they are selling slow but ringing up agents in Wellington , Dubbo, Orange etc most of the properties they had advertised were either under contract or sold but still advertised for sale. I just got tired of calling saying is thIs still available only to be told it's under contract. Must be selling quicker out there than the city ? Even backward places like Muswellbrook have nearly doubled in 2 years., who is buying out there ?
