This thread is hilarious! BTW to @fullylucky, who collects cash these days? I haven't dealt in cash for decades. I don't remember the last time I saw a fifty.

P.S. I agree with the above, report to the police asap. Counterfeit money is a federal offense.

How on earth would u prove it? He suspects it was from a tenant, could have been change given from any shop. Also, he has no idea which tenant it is, even if it could be proven to be from one of them.

Which tenant would you assign the $50 arrears to and how would you justify it legally with no proof whatsoever? A police report is exactly that, a report, and not proof in any way, shape or form.

    No new intel on target.

As mentioned before, I don't live there so I'm not gonna proactively watch the guy or install ghost surveillance.

If he gets all tenants to pay by EFT he'll have to fully declare the income innit. Hope you aren't underdeclaring income @fullylucky

If you have a bucket loads of fake fifties you'd want to slowly use them up. So the turd will probably try to do it again durrr.

That's rich coming from someone wearing gold necklaces and rings on each finger.

I was referring to proving that this particular note came from 1 particular person. Theorising about potential future crimes and being able to definitely prove it if and when it happens?

Stop stalking me on all my threads, you're always posting non-constructive comments.

You're whole life is about telling people this won't work, that won't work.

But how else would I get all the ladies?

On a serious note, I think it's morally corrupt to not pay the tax youre legally required to, I declare absolutely everything. Sounds like you possibly aren't based on you dodging the question and getting all your tenants to pay in cash. Looks like there's maybe only one person committing a crime here!

I cant work out if this is a joke or real?

Isis tenant, fake $50 the police trade for real $50, covert stalking, tenants paying by cash. Sounds like a new movie.

You want something constructive? Sure. Almost everything you post in this forum is roundly mocked, be it openly or subtly, including by people who tend to have a bit more patience that I do.

If you want a hug and someone to tell you everything will be ok and your crazy ideas have merit go see your mum or a shrink, this is a forum.

It ain't from a shop, the only way for me to get a $50 from a shop is if I used a $100 note. I know me. I love one hundreds, the green colour. I wouldn't use a $100, even if it was the only cash I have.

I like to think the potential for the gold shirt to be ostentatious is tempered by my conservative moustache and general temperament. It's admittedly a tough balance to strike and one I'm constantly working on

Are you sure it's counterfeit? Those machines are temperamental at the best of times. Maybe there was a slight crease in the note the machine wasn't happy with it so just rejected it.

Google the watermarks and other identifying features of australian notes and see if it's up to scratch.

Why not post a picture here and others can comment on authenticity markers.

Watch out for gold diggers, in your case they don't have to dig - just snatch it off you :)

Yeah I'm pretty sure, but not certain.

I know about the features and UV light and holding it against the the light so there is a complete star. I know sometimes the machine spits out the notes with creases but this one got rejected a good amount of times. It had no creases what-so-ever.
