Thought this might be of interest to someone with the $$ and the know how:

I know of a block of 5 units and a house converted into 2 separate units all on the one title located on the beach in the northern beaches area of Sydney.

The building is around 40 years old and from what I can tell the only improvements have been new, although cheap kitchens installed 5 years ago.

I lived in one of the units for 4 years and have recently moved out. The owner passed away this year and his daughter lived in one of the units. She has told us they are keen for a quick sale early next year sometime once wills/legals are sorted out.

I wouldn't even know if this would be a good or profitable project for someone but thought I would throw it out there for anyone who might be interested in looking into it.
