    At my firm in Victoria, we factor paper/phone calls/sundries into our professional fees, and pass on the cost of Express Post and printing contracts for vendors (mates rates at the local Snap).

    Managing client expectations about disbursement costs is very important, to avoid any surprises in the final bill.
