Cost of a flat concrete roof for 500SQM internal two story home

    Hey guys,

    Does anyone know the conservative costs of the roof component of a luxury modern build in Sydney. I'm planning to build the luxury mansion, but I've been puzzled with the roof aspect. I've discussed with a few builders and none of the numbers seem to align.

    - The home has 500sqm + of internal space in the main residence.
    - Built to max height of 8.5m (currently designed with a pitch of roughly 15.5 degrees)
    - Strathfield council LEP
    - No basement level

    I'm tossing between a flat edge form concrete roof, a pitched roof with tiles or a flat color bond/ metal roofing. Does anyone know the approximately cost of the roof component for these three options?
