Cost of a home extension - 1 living area, 1 bedroom, bathroom

    I am wondering if someone can help me here wrt budgeting for a 50m2 extension which will consist of a living area, 1 bedroom and a small bathroom.

    Plans (draftsman); land survey, soil test, council approval - $10,000?

    Building costs (flat block, good quality bones (I mean no compromising on foundation and structure) but everything else is absolutely bare basics: $150,000 (?)

    Is that a realistic budget?
