    I am looking for knock down rebuild of our home in Castle Hill, NSW
    Planning to build 45 square house on land slopping left to right.

    Can you help me different cost I should expect to each phase where builder can start building?

    Land Survey: $1,500
    Architectural Drawings: $15,000
    Private Certifier: $5,000
    Demolition: $40,000 (subjective)
    Soil Tests: ?
    Structural Engineer: ?
    Quantity Surveyor: ?
    Hydrolics: ?

    Anyone/anything else?
